How do I buy a ticket for the auditions?
All tickets for auditions are sold at the door of audition venues. Your ticket allows you to enter all three venues where auditions are held including the Gore Town and Country Club Stadium, the Gore Baptist Church and the Gore District Memorial RSA.
Where do I buy tickets to attend other events?
Get your tickets online at www.iticket.co.nz for these events from 3 February:
• MLT NZ Gold Guitar Awards
• Gore Country Music Queen Gala Crowning
• Luke O’Shea Bowmar Road House Concert
Buy a ticket at the door for the:
• Gore Country Music Walk-up Concert
• Writers’ Night - A gold coin at the door
What events are free to attend?
There is no cover charge for:
• MLT Music Round-up events held on Friday 29 May
• Freeze Ya Bits Off Busking - School Competition, Auditions or Finals and Street Party
• McDonough Contracting Truck Show
Are there any opportunities to meet the artists?
Come along to the Writer’s Night and the MLT Roundup and meet the artists.
Can I buy meals or snacks at the venues?
Food is available for purchase at the Gore Town and Country Club Stadium.
Can I go to the Hands of Fame induction without attending the showcase and auditions on Sunday 31 May?
You need a ticket for the showcase or Sunday auditions to attend The Hands of Fame induction. These are available at the door.
What’s the dress code for the gala events?
If you’re attending any of the gala functions or the NZ Country Music Awards, these occasions are a great opportunity to flash your formal wear!
Can anyone attend the motorhomers’ pot-luck dinner?
