If accepted by the NZ Country Music Festival Trust, your event will be included in all the 2026 Festival advertising. Here's where you tell us all the info we'll need to review, list and promote your event!

FREE PACKAGE: Includes 1/4 page in programme, line listing on festival calendar, full event info on website and one social media post. No graphic design required.
SILVER PACKAGE $200+gst: Includes 1/2 page in programme, line listing on festival calendar, full event info on website, two social media posts and event advertising space in festival print ads and posters. Graphic design required, at your cost.
GOLD PACKAGE $400+gst: Includes full page in programme, line listing on festival calendar, full event info on website plus home page feature, three social media posts and event advertising space in festival print ads and posters and radio interview opportunities. Graphic design required, at your cost.

Please note: Additional advertising opportunities will be available with our official media partners. Invitations to advertise your event will be extended in the lead up to the festival, however these will be at your own cost.

Graphic Design Options

If you have selected silver or gold promotional packages, you will require a graphic designer to lay out advertisements and promotional materials, plus iTicket graphics if you're selling tickets online. Basic online and print advertising files requirements

- Online/print square image = 2000 x 2000px, jpeg or PNG

- Facebook banner image = 1920px (w) x 1005px (h), jpeg or PNG

iTICKET event file size requirements

- Landscape banner 1600 (w) x 800px (h), jpeg or PNG

- Portrait title 540 (w) x 630px (h), jpeg or PNG

- Ticket square 530 x 530px, jpeg or PNG
