How do I get to and from Gore?
1) Fly in to Queenstown, Invercargill or Dunedin airports - all gateways to the stunning Southern New Zealand region
2) Rent a car or book the festival airport shuttle to get you to and from Gore, NZ's capital of country music.
3) InterCity Bus also operates a daily bus service: Invercargill to Gore (departing 8.25am) and Gore to Invercargill (departing 5.30pm)

What’s the weather like in Gore at this time of the year? What layers of clothing do I need?
It will be winter, so the temperatures are cooler. All our indoor venues are cosy and warm, so it’s good to wear layers. A warm winter jacket, hat and gloves will help keep you warm if you’re out in the elements.
