THE SINGER'S TOOLKIT WORKSHOP
With Hollie Longman

The Singer’s Toolkit: Breath, Power, Vocal Health

A practical, interactive workshop designed to help singers build strong, reliable voices for the stage. The Singer’s Toolkit takes you through the foundations of healthy, confident singing, covering breath, posture, and body awareness, while introducing simple techniques that support vocal care and long-term stamina.

You’ll explore how mindful mic use, movement, and performance habits can enhance your sound and protect your voice, with plenty of guided exercises and group participation. This is a hands-on session where making noise is encouraged. The room will be set up with media access and a microphone for demonstration.

We’re also seeking 2–3 participants who have something specific they’d like to work on. These singers will have the chance to workshop their voice or performance technique in a supportive setting, offering valuable learning for everyone in the room.

Whether you’re an emerging artist or a seasoned performer wanting to refine your craft, this workshop offers practical tools you can use immediately on stage and beyond.

Where:

Mackay Room, Gore Town & Country Stadium, Bury St, Gore

When:
Thursday 28 May, 3pm
