TUSSOCK COUNTRY LATE NIGHT - 2025 LINE UP

BRAD STALEY
The South Islands very own country/rock n roll artist Brad Staley, playing a mixture of original released/unreleased music, covers of your favourite bands. Staley's musical journey began at an early age when he picked up a guitar and discovered his passion for creating music. With an insatiable drive and a strong work ethic, he honed his skills and started performing at local venues, earning a reputation as a must-see live act. His energetic performances, accompanied by his powerful vocals and impressive guitar skills, leave audiences wanting more.
JAYDIN SHINGLETON
The past twelve months have been a bumper season for 25 year-old country singer/songwriter Jaydin Shingleton. Launched to a huge screen audience in 2024 for Season 13 of The Voice (Australia) he wowed the international judges [Adam Lambert, LeAnn Rimes, Guy Sebastian & Kate Miller-Heidke] with his huge voice & passionate performances, securing a coveted place in the semi-finals.
The only artist in the franchises history to secure four ‘saves,’ Jaydin is poised to move across the ditch with showcase gigs at the Country Music Capital of Australia, Tamworth, the release of more self-penned singles, including country rock track ‘Freight Train.’

“Im pumped to see where this year leads with gigs across Australia & a songwriting trip to Nashville in the pipeline. But I still love coming home and of course love Tussock Country.”
Shingleton is no stranger to success - at 19 he was the first artist in New Zealand to win all three coveted country music awards - the MLT Gold Guitar Award, NZCMA Entertainer of the Year & the Norfolk Island Trans-Tasman Entertainer of the Year. He’s also been a CMA Australia Academy of Country Music graduate as a junior & a senior.
THE DOLLYS
The Dollys are a young singing group from Southland NZ. Tahla Ward, Millie Cottam and Maia Fletcher formed The Dollys at the end of 2022 and have had great success ever since. They absolutely love competing in country music, making great achievements all over New Zealand and even Australia. The girls also love to perform at local, national, and international gigs as they love being able to provide music to diverse crowds, and also support other artists/organisations by performing for them.
The girls recently started their songwriting career, recording their debut single ‘Weathering The Storm’ at the start of 2024 in Brisbane, which was released mid August 2024. The girls say that performing together and watching the emotion they draw from audiences with their harmonies is just absolutely rewarding, but the most rewarding part about forming The Dollys is that they got to find each other and create a sister-like relationship.
